This class is for those who are newer to yoga or who would like to refine their foundational skills. It will help to increase your mobility and strength while focusing your mind. FOUNDATIONAL FLOW

Thursday 9:00am

A movement and breath based practice for students of all abilities. This class will get your heart rate up, your stress levels down and be a welcoming space for all. Come check it out! Email us at info@expand-yoga.com for more information

Flexible Schedule

EXPAND YOUR FOUNDATION

Wednesday 7:15pm

Go deeper into and build out of your strong foundation. This all levels class will use alignment principles to explore greater depths in foundational postures and provide an introduction to postures that build out of that strong foundation. Expect to use strength and intelligence to improve your mobility and understanding of yoga asana.
