This class is for those who are newer to yoga or who would like to refine their foundational skills. It will help to increase your mobility and strength while focusing your mind. A strong emphasis on alignment will increase your knowledge of your own body and how to safely engage with a large variety of postures. Email us at email@example.com for more information
Classes customized to suit your health goals, your body, your schedule. Don't like group classes? Want to have a class filled with your friends/family? Schedule constraints make it difficult to attend studio classes? Prefer to practice in your home? This may be your path to yoga.
EXPAND YOUR FOUNDATION
Wednesdays @ 7:30pm
Go deeper into and build out of your strong foundation. This all levels class will use alignment principles to explore greater depths in foundational postures and provide an introduction to postures that build out of that strong foundation. Expect to use strength and intelligence to improve your mobility and understanding of yoga asana.
