This class is for those who are newer to yoga or who would like to refine their foundational skills. It will help to increase your mobility and strength while focusing your mind. EXPAND YOUR FOUNDATION
Wednesdays @ 7:30pm
Go deeper into and build out of your strong foundation. This all levels class will use alignment principles to explore greater depths in foundational postures and provide an introduction to postures that build out of that strong foundation. Expect to use strength and intelligence to improve your mobility and understanding of yoga asana.
Classes customized to suit your health goals, your body, your schedule. Don't like group classes? Want to have a class filled with your friends/family? Schedule constraints make it difficult to attend studio classes? Prefer to practice in your home? This may be your path to yoga.
BEGINNERS YOGA & GENTLE YOGA AT THE RIVERBEND COMMUNITY CENTRE

Gentle Yoga Designed for 50+ This mixed-level class is a great way to build or maintain strength and mobility in the company of your peers. The natural aging process can lead to reduced mobility, as well as aches and pains in joints and muscles. Regular yoga practice can help to combat these common issues, helping to maintain and even increase strength, balance and flexibility.
